Located only 16 miles from the Pacific Ocean with 100% sand, marine sediment soils.
Fermented 100% whole cluster with native yeasts. It sits untouched and unfiltered, in neutral French barrels for 11 months with no additions.
Tasting notes of ripe berries, tomato leaf, sage, and the legendary Santa Maria spice come to mind.
12.2% ABV. Only 100 cases produced.
