2024 Ivy Pet-Nat of Chardonnay - Presquile Vineyard

$38.00

Beautiful bubbles of organic, own rooted, Chardonnay from Presqu'ile Vineyard in the Santa Maria Valley AVA of Santa Barbara County.

Located only 16 miles from the Pacific Ocean with 100% sand, marine sediment soils.

The Chardonnay is direct pressed into a stainless tank where it is bottled right before fermentation finishes under crown cap. The trapped CO2 can't escape, therefore creating bubbles. The wine is disgorged by hand in February of 2024 with no additions or subtractions.

Tasting notes of green apple, pear, and pineapple come to mind.

12.2% ABV. Only 50 cases produced.
